About Anna
Anna Estes, MPH, RDN, CD approaches nutrition counseling sessions collaboratively and compassionately using an “all foods fit” philosophy to help people achieve health and performance goals. Her primary areas of focus include sports nutrition coaching, medical nutrition therapy for a variety of health conditions, and general nutrition counseling. Whether you want to learn how to better fuel your athletic pursuits, support your recovery, improve your relationship with food, or something in between, Anna will help build an individualized nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
Prior to working in private practice, Anna was an inpatient clinical dietitian at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Seattle, WA where she provided nutrition care for individuals with traumatic injuries and neurological, renal, psychiatric, and cardiac conditions. She obtained a Master of Public Health degree and completed an accredited dietetics training program at the University of Washington.
